All parcels are sent via APC couriers or Parcel force depending on your location. Ensure the correct address is provided upon placing the order.
Returns are accepted – please contact me within 14 days to arrange a return of your items, the return postal cost is down to the buyer and once I recieve the items I will refund the order cost and the original postage cost.
If your item(s) is damaged, defective or faulty please contact me as soon as possible for me to arrange a refund, return or replacement with you.
If you wish to return a faulty item, the buyer must pay the return postal cost, once I recieve the items I will then refund the item cost, original postage cost and the returns postage cost.
